MJPM’s Delivery Policy

Shipping Information

For smooth and prompt delivery, please ensure that you provide complete details such as the recipient's name, contact number, and full address in the Shipping Information section on the website. Once the recipient's address is accurate and complete, our delivery partner will ensure timely delivery according to our efficiency standards.

We work with reliable delivery partners to deliver products to our customers and members. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the chosen shipping method during the ordering process.

Once your product has been shipped, tracking information for your order will be available on your member's dashboard. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Domestic Shipping

We will begin processing your order as soon as your online purchase is confirmed. Orders with payments completed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the following business day.

Shipment is estimated to take three (3) to five (5) working days to complete from the date of purchase. However, if the provided information is incorrect, incomplete, or if the recipient is unavailable at the destination, it may take longer.

Customers can expect their orders to be delivered according to the schedule listed below from the day the online purchase is correctly completed and payment is made. "Business Days" refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and state, public, and federal holidays. However, some of our delivery partners do offer Saturday delivery before 1:00 p.m.

The delivery period may vary depending on the recipient's location and the selected shipping method. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery periods are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Once the recipient has no further objections upon receiving the item, the delivery is considered successful, and our delivery partner is released from further obligation. They shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damages thereafter.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, the origin of your home country determines where you can shop. We do not offer cross-border country deliveries.

Undelivered Parcels and/or Returned Shipments

In the event of the recipient's non-availability at the location, our delivery personnel will leave a notification indicating the attempted delivery. You are required to contact the provided number to arrange for the next delivery attempt.

If the recipient is not present to receive the delivered item upon arrival, the parcel(s) will be held at the delivery partner's branch for a specified period, known as the storage period. Our delivery partner will make two (2) attempts to deliver the item to the recipient, or the recipient may collect the parcel(s) from our delivery partner's branch within the storage period. Any costs or damages incurred to the parcel(s) or its contents during the storage period are not the responsibility of our delivery partner.

Should you fail to contact the delivery partner after one week, the order parcel(s) will be returned to the company. You will be required to pay a shipping fee after two attempts for us to redeliver to you. A "Reshipment fee" of RM10 will be incurred for resending returned/undelivered parcel(s) within West Malaysia and RM15 within East Malaysia.

Interruption of Delivery Due to External Factors

If our delivery partner is unable to initiate or continue with the delivery of the Sender's shipment due to reasons beyond its control, the Sender cannot claim that the company is breaching its agreement. However, our delivery partner will take reasonable steps that are practicable under the circumstances to commence or resume the delivery. The company and our delivery partner shall not be liable for any service interruption due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to:

In the event any of the factors occur, our delivery partners will be exempted from any delay claims, direct or indirect costs due to delays, or postponement of delivery.

Liability Exemptions

Governing Law

This Delivery Policy shall be governed by the law of the country of origin of the shipment, and the Sender shall irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction, unless contrary to applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this Terms and Conditions for Services and Claims that cannot be resolved by negotiation within 7 working days shall be submitted to mediation pursuant to the AIADR Mediation Rules. If the dispute remains unsettled after mediation, it shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution under the AIADR Ad Hoc Arbitration Rules.

The company and our delivery partners shall not be liable for events including, but not limited to, any form of indirect loss, consequential damages, other indirect costs, loss of contract opportunities, opportunity costs, loss of profits or income, or costs incurred due to delays, regardless of whether our delivery partners have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be void, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms. All rules are subject to the subject matter of this policy. The company reserves the right to utilize regulations and general terms and conditions approved by the company, even if not specified in this Delivery Policy.
