MJPM’s Return and Exchange Policy
Effective as of May 1, 2024
At MJPM, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Returns or refunds are only accepted for items that are damaged or have significant defects discovered upon receipt. No claims will be entertained once the delivery order is signed after a ten (10) calendar day cooling-off period. The company reserves the right to deny refunds if the product does not meet our return policy guidelines. If a return request is denied, the return and redelivery shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
01 DURING COOLING OFF PERIOD
1.1 Definition:
According to the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act, 1993, a "cooling-off period" is ten (10) calendar days starting the day after a direct sales contract is created.
1.2 Application:
The cooling-off provision applies only when proof of purchase and the relevant member ID are provided.
1.3 Revocation of Privileges:
If the cooling-off period is invoked:
- 1.2.1 All member privileges will be revoked for first-time purchases or new memberships.
- 1.2.2 If membership is canceled, all associated referral positions and corresponding commissions will be voided.
- 1.2.3 The member must complete the membership cancellation/refund application form and return the products by post or in person, bearing any associated charges. Failure to include the cancellation/refund form may result in refusal of the return, with charges borne by the member.
- 1.2.4 For postal returns, the date of registration cancellation will be the receiving date.
- 1.2.5 No claims for breach of contract, compensation for damages, or reimbursement for takeover costs will be entertained.
1.4 Refund Process:
Refunds for returned items will be made within 21 calendar days of return approval, including return shipping charges, credited to the member's nominated bank account. No cash refunds will be provided.
1.5 Return Conditions:
Products must be in good condition, untampered, unused, unopened, and uncontaminated to be eligible for return.
1.6 Right to Reject:
The company reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions; however, membership cancellation will still be processed.
1.7 Deduction of Commissions:
Commissions or remunerations paid to the member's referral and other involved members may be deducted for respective purchases, if applicable.
1.8 Documentation:
The member returning the product(s) must provide the invoice or delivery order as supporting documentation.
1.9 Return Shipping:
Products to be returned must be shipped in new and sealed condition, complete with all product packaging and tags, to:

1.10 Responsibility:
The member is responsible for the product until it reaches our office. Ensure it is packed properly to prevent damage during transit. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during return transit.
1.11 Non-Refundable Conditions:
No refund will be provided if:
- I. The product returned is found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly corresponds to the description displayed on our website and in your order.
- II. The product is not returned in accordance with our return policy.
- III. The product is not returned within the stipulated period.
02 RETURN OF PRODUCTS (After The Lapse of The Cooling-off Period)
2.1 Eligibility:
Damaged or defective products may be returned or exchanged, subject to company confirmation. Refunds for returned items will be made within 21 calendar days of return approval, including return shipping charges.
2.2 Return Conditions:
Products may be returned directly to the company's headquarters if they meet the following conditions:
- 2.2.1 Products must be in good condition, untampered, unused, unopened, or uncontaminated.
- 2.2.2 Products purchased not more than seventy-two (72) hours of purchase.
2.3 Right to Reject:
The company reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.
2.4 Deduction of Commissions:
Commissions or remunerations paid to the member's sponsor and other involved members may be deducted for respective purchases, if applicable.
2.5 Documentation:
The member returning the product(s) must provide the invoice or delivery order as supporting documentation.
2.6 Refund Process:
Reimbursement will be made via online transfer to the member's nominated bank account, with all related fund transfer costs borne by the member.
2.7 Revocation of Promotions:
Any promotions associated with the purchase will be revoked upon product return request.
2.8 Administration Charge:
A 10% administration charge will be incurred for processing any product return request.
2.9 Non-Returnable Products:
MJPM does not accept returns for:
- Products with an expiration period of less than 6 months;
- Discontinued products;
- Products with inaccurate or incomplete information attached;
- Products that are damaged intentionally or incorrectly used or stored;
- Products that are consumed/used more than 1/5 from the original packaging.
2.10 Disputes:
Any disputes or defects in products must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. Members are advised to inspect products carefully upon receipt or delivery.
03 EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
3.1 Inspection:
Members are advised to inspect products upon receipt. Any defects or dissatisfaction should be reported to the company immediately. Complaints not lodged within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase will be considered acceptance of the product(s).
3.2 Exchange Conditions:
Products cannot be exchanged once acceptance is confirmed, except for defective products not caused by human actions.
3.3 Right to Reject:
The company reserves the right to reject any exchange request if:
- Products are incomplete or tampered with in packaging;
- Defects are due to human error, intentional or unintentional damage, or incorrect usage;
- Products have not been properly stored;
- Products have inaccurate or incomplete information attached;
- Products that have been consumed or used more than 1/5 from the original packaging;
- Products with an expiration period of less than 6 months;
- Products are discontinued.
3.4 Quality Issues:
MJPM will not bear responsibility for product quality issues or defects in packaging or contents resulting from human negligence or error.
3.5 Contact for Quality Issues:
If any member receives products of inferior quality, damaged in transit, damaged due to manufacturer's fault, missing products, or incorrectly shipped products, do not remove any tags or take the product out of its original packaging. This guarantee does not extend to intentionally damaged products, mishandled products, or contamination due to expiry, negligence, or deliberate acts.
3.6 Responsibility:

3.7 No Cash Refunds:
As a policy, products cannot be returned for a cash refund. The refundable amount will be credited to be used for future purchases.
